Automated Dilution System

An automated dilution system uses metered valves, venturi injectors, or pumps to combine a chemical concentrate with water at a fixed, calibrated ratio. Users dispense a ready-to-use solution directly into buckets, spray bottles, or scrubber tanks without measuring or manual mixing. Systems can be wall-mounted, portable, or built into laundry, dishwashing, or floor-scrubbing equipment.

Manual dilution is one of the largest sources of inconsistency in professional hygiene. Automated dilution reduces human error, standardises chemical concentration between shifts and sites, lowers chemical waste, and improves worker safety by reducing direct contact with concentrates.
